I too have issues with losing weight. Did you still eat the same or did you have to cut carbs and the occasional sweets? I also have done Atkins, Weight Watchers and have had temporary success with both, but now that I am getting older I am finding it harder and harder to lose the weight. Could you give me some idea of what types of food you were eating while do this? Also, do you still do it daily?

I was reading some information about the difference between freeze dried acai and the pill form. I was told that the powder form (freeze dried) was more potent. I have already ordered the xr cleanse, but I went to Whole Foods today and bought the powdered version of acai. I can’t wait to try both together. I’ll let you know how its going.

I recently quit working, I was an exotic dancer, and I packed on 15lbs in two months, I know that may not seem like a lot to most people, but it is when you are used to being physically fit, and it was all fat. I started on the Acai berry and cleanse four days ago and I have lost almost 4lbs so far. I feel great and have the energy to do all of my housework and exercise. I know that so many people asked whether or not you have to eat any different, and no you don’t, but I do suggest cutting down on sugar and eating alot of lean protein( ie. tuna, eggs, beans, nuts, seeds, turkey, chicken) with fruits and veggies. Our muscles feed on protein and if you feed your muscles you will burn fat. Fat feeds on sugar, so if you cut your sugars you are essentially starving your fat on what it needs to survive. I do protein shakes when I don’t feel hungry, I use egg protein with no sweetners added. It is so important to make sure that your muscles are still getting what they need, so you don’t lose muscle mass when losing as much weight as you do on this diet. Hi, I would think that if you quit using the products “AND” went back to your old ways that got you overweight in the first place that yes, you’d gain it back. But probably once you lose it, if you stay on a healthy and reasonable diet that you’d stay fit but if you started to slip up and gain again then what the heck, take the products again.

I could not order these products as I am in INDIA but I Have discovered another way to lose weight which is as fast the product you mentioned. One of cousins tried it and it worked.
